Here is a recipe for beef pulao:

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of beef, cut into small cubes
  • 1kg basmati rice
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 onion, sliced medium size
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 green cardamom pods
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 cups of water
  • Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make Bannu Beef Pulao Step by Step Instructions:

Step: 1. Take 1 kg of meat and cook it in Pressure Cooker, And when the meat is rotted, keep the meat and broth(Yakhni) separately.

Step: 2. Add half cup or quarter cup of Ghee. and add 2 medium size Sliced onion, Cook the onion till its color turns dark brown.

Step: 3. add 1 teaspoon Ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 tsp spices(garam masala) and fry Ginger and garlic than add nne big size tomato and three green chillies and 1 dry lemon.

Step: 4. Add all the meat and fry for five minutes than add white zeera 1 teaspoon, salt 1 tablespoon, Mixture of Ground Spices Powder 1 teaspoon add cook for 5 minute

Step: 5. add broth(Yakhni)/ meat water and coverup for 2 to 4 minute for boiling.

Step: 6. when boil than add 1kg rice and mix it very well, and you can add water depend on your quantity of rice and boiled water.

Step: 7. cover up pan for 5-7 minutes then remove the cover.

Step: 8. When so much water dries up than Steaming the rice for 15-20 flame miume on low flame.

Step: 9. Remove the cover After 15 minutes Now your Bannu Beef Pulao is Cooked.
